These are splined ends for half-shafts that DLA / TACOM / US Military had our team of US companies developed as an alternate source from the GKN/AMG 12K shafts.  

They were not satisfied with the current products performance and the lack of cooperation received to correct some deficiencies, such as overheating and longevity problems. We corrected these under the guidance of the US Government and also strengthened the shaft by an average of 25%.
